I have been doing Keto OMAD since two weeks ago, however, sometimes it is very hard for me to eat the full meal, therefore, I feel like I am not reaching my protein goals. (Got good results losing about 5 pounds of fat, and mantaining all my lean muscle mass, but I want to increase it)
Do you guys wait a little bit until you can eat again or you just eat until you are full? Or do you have some trick that makes eating easier?
